Overall Job Purpose
The ID Sales Leader is a key strategic role responsible for leading Sustainable Winning Growth of LG’s Information Display (ID) business in the Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland). This role is accountable for all business outcomes, including sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion, achieved through effective channel management, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence. We seek a highly self-driven entrepreneur with strong ownership, professionalism, and teamwork to deliver the commitment under any circumstances

External: End-Customers, Resellers, System Integrators, Distributors, Consultants
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth
- Drive ID sales growth across the Nordics region.
- Expand revenue and market share for Signage Displays, Interactive Whiteboards, and Hotel TVs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Set and monitor KPIs and provide feedback to ensure team success.
- Lead a high-performing sales organization.
- Identify strategic opportunities and execute winning tactics.
- Develop new business through market analysis and insights.
- Establish efficient processes for end-customer development by country.
2. Channel Management
- Build and execute channel strategies for Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, and Consultants.
- Foster strong, win-win partnerships and resolve issues swiftly.
- Lead joint business development initiatives (mid-to-long term: Y+3~Y+5).
- Set and review short-term targets (Y+1) on a quarterly/monthly basis.
3. Profit Management
- Ensure profitability across models and channels.
- Define pricing and promotional programs based on solid cost structures.
4. Operations
- Promote a disciplined routine-driven culture.
- Implement “SWSW” (Say What You Sell, Sell What You Said) and “SWAT” (Sell What is Available Today).
- Manage PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) with clear rules, including channel PSI.
- Enhance sales visibility through proactive activities.
- Manage project pipelines via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Product Management and internal teams.
5. Go-To-Market Strategy
- Understand and improve GTM index through execution and process.
- Plan and lead New Product Introductions (NPI) with marketing and communication teams.
- Drive strong execution with internal and channel stakeholders.
6. Field & Service Support
- Support field issues and coordinate with service networks for product-related matters.
7. Communication & Reporting
- Provide transparent and fact-based reporting to Nordic CEO, European HQ, Korean HQ, and internal stakeholders.
Person Specification
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the ID industry (manufacturer, distributor, reseller, system integrator) within the Nordics.
- Proven leadership experience in a strategic sales role.
