Key Account Manager – Sweden

Reporting to: Nordic Sales Director
About the Role
We are seeking a top-performing Sales Professional to manage and develop major Pan-Nordic Accounts within LG Electronics’ Home Solutions business. This role is pivotal in driving growth and implementing global strategies in the Nordic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement LG’s global Home Appliance strategy across major Nordic accounts.
- Lead the forecasting and planning process for assigned accounts.
- Analyze and understand retailer and competitor strategies, as well as market trends.
- Manage all aspects of sales, including:
- Product mix
- Profitability
- Range planning
- Promotional and marketing campaigns
- Handle internal reporting, sales program planning, and administrative tasks.
- Deliver on LG’s Profitable Growth Program within the Home Appliances domain.
Background & Experience
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of senior-level sales management experience.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (business level); strong understanding of Norwegian.
- Experience in a multinational or global company preferred.
- Background in consumer electronics or home appliances is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with forecasting and sales planning systems.
- Strong knowledge of PSI management (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory).
- Understanding of consumer goods regulations related to pricing and campaigns.
- Excellent communicator and network builder.

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel within the Nordic region for customer meetings (monthly/quarterly).
- Weekly in-store visits in the Stockholm area.
- Occasional global travel (1–2 times/year) for trade fairs and HQ visits.
Other Requirements
- Valid B-class driving license.
