We are looking for a payroll accountant to LG Electronics Nordic AB. Role is both focusing on payroll, accounting and part of HR.
You will be a part of a smaller HR function working on a Nordic level.
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payroll processing and acounting.
This role will be as consultant 1 year contract as start with good chance of extension.
- Payroll & Accounting Office
- Payroll Administration incl Time management (Swe, Fin, Den)
- Vendor management
- Budget and forecast of labor cost
- Analyzing of P/L
- B/S recon. – labor cost
- Legal reporting
- Vendor & invoice management
Other HR and reporting tasks:
- FSE formalities (expatriates VISA and tax)
- Pension & Insurance admin
- HRIS Super User, mostly but not limited to
- Hogia & LG internal systems (oracle based)
The ideal candidate holds
- 1 – 3 years of payroll processing, preferably on a Nordic level
- Good basic knowledge in accounting principles, preferably from hands-on own experience
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot, vlookup etc)
- Communication skills since many levels of contact points in the company
- Fluent in spoken and written business English and Swedish
- It is a merit if you are spoken and written in Korean, but not required
- have an interest and understanding of working with finance and accounting
